Publicité: Ce site accepte la publicité sans aucun exclusivisme dans le cadre de la loi et du bon goût, donc à l'exception de tout matériel pornographique. L'Administrateur décidera seul ce qui sera accepté et ce qui ne le sera pas. Le pendant de cette ouverture d'esprit est la totale indépendance de ce site.
Les tarifs: Faites-nous une offre! Les tarifs sont fixes pour un (1) mois ou pour douze (12) mois, dépendamment du choix effectué. A défaut, faites-nous une offre supérieure pour accélérer l'urgent travail de correction et et d'édition de ce site désormais nécessaire mais forcément long. L'Administrateur procédera peu à peu à l'édition en commençant par ce qu'il juge prioritaire. Le reste se fera selon les possibilités, de proche en proche.
Résiliation du contrat: Afin de préserver l'indépendance des deux parties, tant de l'annonceur publicitaire que de ce site, les contrats d'achat pourront être résiliés. La possibilité de résiliation du contrat sapplique uniquement au contrat de 12 mois et ne sera effective qu'après six (6) mois. Les autres six (6) mois ou bien les mois restants seront remboursés. Cette possibilité de résiliation vaut pour les deux parties également.
Les tarifs se déclinent en trois catégories selon quils s'appliquent à la Page d'accueil, aux Pages titres disposant d'un lien dans la page daccueil, ou bien aux Pages individuelles. Pour obtenir les tarifs contactez l'Administration à l'adresse suivante: la-commune@bell.net. Ils comprennent l'espace d'annonce du haut et du bas de la page choisie.
En ce qui concerne les pages individuelles, elles seront ouvertes à la publicité une fois le site entièrement réorganisé. Ce site hérite du matériel antérieurement disponible dans le site http://lacommune1871.tripod.com.
Données techniques:
Haut de page: L'espace publicité en haut de page est représenté par une boîte dont les dimensions maximales seront de 1200 px de longueur sur 200 px de hauteur dans laquelle pourra se loger une image au format jpg à ces dimensions ou bien plus petite.
Bas de page: L'espace publicité en bas de page est représenté par une boîte dont les dimensions maximales seront de 1200 px de longueur sur 100 px de hauteur dans laquelle pourra se loger une image au format jpg à ces dimensions ou bien plus petite.
Modification: Ce formulaire servira de base pour le contrat. Il pourra être modifié par l'Administateur sans pour autant modifier un contrat en cours ni son éventuel renouvellement. Cet éventuel renouvellement devra se faire au moins une semaine avant la fin du mois, ou bien un mois plein avant la fin d'un contrat d'une durée de douze mois.

As far as individual pages are concerned they will be open to advertising only after the complete re-organisation of this site. This site inherits most of the material previously available at http://lacommune1871.tripod.com.
Technical data:
Top of the page: The adverstising space at the top of the page will consist of a box the maximum dimensions of which will be: width:1200 px; height: 200 px. It will contain the advertising image in a jpg format. The advertising image will have to fit within these dimensions or be smaller.
Bottom of the page: The adverstising space at the bottom of the page will consist of a box the maximum dimensions of which will be: width: 1200 px, height: 100 px. It will contain the advertsing image in a jpg format. The advertising image will have to fit within these dimensions or be smaller.
Changes: This form will constitute the basis for the eventual contract. The Administration reserves the right to change it from time to time without modifying any existing contract or its eventual renewal. The eventual renewal of an existing contract will have to be signed for at least one week before the end of a monthly term or one full month before the end of the 12 month period.

Fine anticipata del contratto: In modo da garantire la totale indipendenza di ambedue le parti al contratto, tanto l'impresa che propone la pubblicità che questo sito, sarà possibile mettere un termine anticipato al contratto di 12 mesi. In questo caso, si potrà procedere unicamente dopo sei (6) mesi. Gli altri sei (6) mesi oppure i mesi rimanenti saranno rimborzzati. Questa possibilità di resiliare il contratto si applica similmente ad ambedue le parti.
I prezzi prevedono tre categorie corrispondenti sia alla Prima pagina (la cosiddetta Homepage), sia alle Pagine principali elencate nel sommario della Prima pagina, sia alle Pagine individuali. L'eventuale rinnovamento dovrà essere effettuato almeno una settimana prima della scadenza del contratto mensile, oppure un mese completo prima della scadenza del contratto di 12 mesi.
